Orders & payment

Add frames to your cart and place an order at checkout. Placing an order does not charge your account. Payment instructions appear on your order page once payment collection and delivery charges are confirmed. Where account transfer is enabled, upload a receipt for studio verification. An uploaded receipt does not by itself confirm payment.

Delivery & returns

Delivery areas, timelines and return terms are confirmed with your quote before payment. Please do not make payment until those terms are provided and you approve the final design.

Your information

We use your details to handle your account and orders. Read our privacy policy for information about what we collect and how to make a privacy request. Avoid uploading documents with personal information that is not needed for your design.

Custom designs

3D previews are illustrative. Screen colors and proportions can differ from the finished product. Use references you own or have permission to share, and review the studio’s final proof before production.
